MyTestValley: Report Issues with Ease
MyTestValley is a free iPhone application developed by iTouch Vision LTD, designed to make reporting issues to the Test Valley Borough Council quick and easy for residents. Whether it's a missed bin collection, overgrown shrubs, fly-tipping, or a pothole, this app allows users to submit reports with attached photographs and videos, as well as pinpoint the exact location on an interactive map. Once submitted, the reports are sent directly to the Council for investigation.
In addition to issue reporting, MyTestValley provides access to useful information on the Council's website, allowing users to stay informed about local news and events. The app also offers features such as viewing submitted reports, adding notes to existing reports, and setting up or updating contact details.
To submit a report, users simply need to select the appropriate category, answer a few questions, attach evidence if necessary, and specify the location manually or using their mobile device's mapping software. Upon submission, users receive a service request number via email, and they will be notified when their issue has been resolved.
